Frequently Asked Questions 〰️

What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is a cold-therapy treatment that exposes your body to extremely low temperatures for 1.5–3 minutes, stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, promoting pain relief, improving athletic recovery, and boosting metabolism.

Does it hurt?

It’s cold, but very tolerable! Most people describe it as refreshing and invigorating. Your technician will guide you the entire time.

Can I do IV therapy, Salt Room, or red light therapy in the same visit?

Absolutely! Many of our clients enjoy using all our services on the same day for maximum wellness benefits.

How long is a cryotherapy session?

Actual cold exposure lasts 1.5–3 minutes. You’ll be with a trained technician the entire time.

What do I wear?

We take safety seriously, so proper gear is required.

What do I wear inside the cryo chamber?

We provide everything you need:

✔ Cryo-resistant gloves
✔ Cryo-resistant socks
✔ Thermal headband or ear protection
✔ Robe/Blanket for before and after the session

What about clothing?

You must keep underwear on. Otherwise, the less clothing, the better the cryo exposure. Most guests wear:

  • Underwear

  • Sports bra (optional for women)

No damp or wet clothing allowed. Moisture increases the risk of frostbite.

Can I wear jewelry?

No, all metal jewelry must be removed before entering. Metal conducts cold and can cause burns.

Who should avoid cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is not recommended for individuals who have:

  • uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • severe heart conditions

  • cold allergies

  • open wounds

  • Raynaud’s disease

  • pregnancy (consult your doctor)
