Frequently Asked Questions 〰️
What is Red Light Therapy?
Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair, collagen production, circulation, and overall recovery.
Clients use red light for:
muscle recovery
skin rejuvenation
reducing fine lines
inflammation reduction
pain relief
boosting mood and energy
Does it hurt or are the lights hot?
No, the panels may feel slightly warm, but red light does not heat the skin or cause UV damage. Due to the light it does get warm in the room
What do I wear?
The more skin exposed, the better the results. Many guests wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Undergarments or swimsuits are also fine. You will be in a private room.
Do I need to wear protective eyewear?
Eye protection is optional, not required. Red light is safe for the eyes, but some people prefer to use goggles or sunglasses if they’re sensitive to brightness. If you want them, just let us know, we’ve got you!
Can I wear jewelry?
Yes, but it may get a little warm.
Will my body feel hot?
Yep, you’ll definitely warm up! Red Light Therapy gently heats the body as the light works its magic, so expect a cozy, warm, sun-kissed feeling (without any UV damage).
How many sessions do I need to see results?
Some clients feel a boost after just one session. Best results usually come from consistent use 2–4 times per week, depending on your goals.
Can I do IV therapy, Salt Room, or red light therapy in the same visit?
Absolutely! Many of our clients enjoy using all our services on the same day for maximum wellness benefits.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last 10 minutes.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us directly, or stop by in person. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
